Payment Policy:

Full payment is required to secure a participant's place in the services.

Payment can be made via bank transfer.

AG Football reserves the right to cancel a participant's registration if full payment is not received by the due date specified in the registration form.

Cancellation Policy:

AG Football reserves the right to cancel any Camps, 1-1 and Group Training sessions due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, AG Football will notify all registered participants as soon as possible and refund all fees paid.

If a participant needs to cancel their registration, a written request must be sent to AG Football. Refunds will be issued based on the following schedule: (Camps)

Cancellation received more than 30 days prior to the start of the camp

Cancellation received less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to the start of the camp: 50% refund of the total camp fees paid.

Cancellation received less than 14 days prior to the start of the camp: No refund will be given.

Rescheduling Policy: (Trainings)

If a participant needs to reschedule their registration, a written request must be sent to AG Football at least 14 days prior to the start of the agreed date.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

If a participant is unable to attend the agreed date due to unforeseen circumstances such as injury or illness, AG Football may, at its discretion, allow the participant to reschedule to another camp date. The participant must provide a doctor's note as proof of injury or illness.

If a participant fails to attend the rescheduled training without prior notice, no refund or credit will be given.

Medical History:

All participants are required to disclose any relevant medical history or conditions to the Coaches prior to the training/ camp.

AG Football reserves the right to refuse participation or to request a participant to withdraw from the camp if their medical condition or history could compromise their safety or the safety of others.

It is the responsibility of the participant or their guardian to inform AG Football of any changes in their medical condition prior to the start of the camp.
Code of Conduct:

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times.

Participants are expected to follow all instructions given by AG Football staff and coaches.
-
Any behavior that is deemed to be inappropriate, disrespectful, or harmful to others will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal without refund.

AG Football reserves the right to contact parents or guardians to discuss any behavior concerns or issues that arise during the the training.

AG Football is committed to protecting the privacy and security of its participants' personal information.

Personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for the purposes of organizing and running the camp/trainings.

AG Football may share personal information with third-party service providers to assist in organizing and running the camp, such as transportation providers or medical professionals.

AG Football will not sell, rent, or disclose personal information to any third party for commercial purposes.

AG Football may use photos or videos taken during the camp for promotional purposes, including on its website, social media channels, or marketing materials.

AG Football will comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) if applicable.

Note: AG Football will take reasonable measures to safeguard participants' personal information but cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet or stored electronically. Participants or their guardians are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their personal information and informing AG Football of any changes.
